Therefore, they are processed quickly, which contributes to the release of glucose into the bloodstream. It is extremely difficult for a diabetic to cope with this process;
  • using a lot of fresh juices, a person runs the risk of encountering cancer pathologies. Even healthy strong people are not recommended to take more glass of undiluted juice per day. Diabetics should be at least halved;
  • if you eat too much fructose, you can overload the liver, where it splits;
  • This monosaccharide is a sugar substitute. If you use a commercial product, then diabetics face an uncomfortable form of release and do not dose it correctly. So in tea you can accidentally put two spoons of fructose instead of the required half.
