  4. Depression. Medical observations of diabetics prove that they fall into depressive states much more often than non-diabetics. They are tormented by disturbing, sometimes even suicidal thoughts about the future.
  5. Adoption. Yes, you have to work hard to reach this stage, but it's worth it. May need the help of a specialist. But then you will understand that life is not over, it just began its new and far from the worst chapter.

What to do to accept your diagnosis

  3. Diabetes forces patients to adhere to a certain diet, but this does not mean that you face complete austerity.
